For groups of 6 or more to secure your booking, we require a £10 per person deposit.

How It Works:

 • Your deposit is non-refundable.

 • The deposit for guests who attend will be deducted from their final bill.

 • If any guests do not attend, their deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and will not be applied to the bill.

 

Example:

If you book for 12 people and pay a £120 deposit but only 6 attend:

 • £60 will be deducted from the bill for the 6 attendees.

 • The remaining £60 (for the 6 no-shows) will be retained as a cancellation fee.

 

Changes & Cancellations:

 • Please let us know of any changes at least 48 hours in advance.

 • Reducing numbers with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in deposits for absent guests being retained.
