Hidden beneath the restaurant, Sababa Lemata is our underground, speakeasy-style space, wrapped entirely in deep red velvet, with a red ceiling and floor that set the tone for something intimate, theatrical, and completely unlike anywhere else in Southend.​​
Designed for long-table dining, private events, and immersive experiences, this is a room made for connection. Low-lit, enclosed, and deliberately removed from the outside world, it’s perfect for intimate celebrations, gatherings, and moments that deserve more than a standard function room.
